Sorry! I had to be at work ridiculously early, so my usual posting schedule was disrupted. I'm glad it was worth it.
And yeah, Jack really does represent stability and a return to normal, not just for Ianto, but for the whole team, I think. They can let go a little of the responsibility they've taken on.
